The 30L size is ideal to use as a day pack for hiking, backcountry skiing or boarding. When this pack arrived at my door step I wanted to keep it instead of running this giveaway but that would not be fair, would it?

I used a prototype Exped pack for two months and loved it, but I had to give it back. This looks beefier, but still nice and light.

I like how you have different options for strapping things like snowshoes on to the outside. Biggest pain with my daypack that I have, nothing ties on it nicely

The pack looks very versatile. Agree with Nikki that the outside straps look effective.

I’ve starting hiking in the last year and actually need something like this to help me survey some of the woods for my grandparents who have left a bunch of land unattended for years. I have very little equipment and this backpack would be an awesome start.

I should win this Amazing Backpack so my husband and I can have outdoor adventures together. Hiking, camping, fishing and learning all nature’s wondrous secrets. We have raised 4 lovely children who are grown and independent. Our youngest child is in his 2nd year of university. My husband and I never had a honeymoon or travelled much as you can imagine. With 4 children everything has been focused on their needs. Two years ago my husband and I started hiking and this has been such a peaceful and restorative experience. It is at these moments that we connect with the people we love in a deeper way. As the purity and the grandness of nature is so awesome, it inspires your heart in a profound manner of joy. This backpack would be the perfect essential item for our hikes together. Thank-you to the sponsors, hosts and everyone who contributed to make this contest happen, Cheers!

I’m lucky enough to have a large pack I bought at a garage sale for multi-day hikes. I also have a snowboard backpack which isn’t bad for day hikes but we all know that good gear does help make experiences better. I would definitely appreciate it.

This looks fabulous (anything RED is, in my opinion!) and would be perfect for gathering up our little troop of 7 and hitting the trails. It’s difficult without the right gear for everybody when everybody wants to go! The right pack could make the difference between staying stationary and heavenly hiking. Thanks for the opportunity and for sharing with others what you’d rather keep for yourself! Magnanimous of you!
